"My team isn't using the AI tools we spent all that money on. Competitors are talking about AI wins. I can't afford to be wrong and become the next Blockbuster."
...your internal thoughts
I’m sitting in these meetings and everyone’s talking about AI like it’s obvious, and I’m just nodding along pretending I understand what the hell an LLM is.
Everyone says start small, start with quick wins, but I don’t even know what a quick win looks like because I don’t understand what this technology can actually do.
I understand AI is powerful in theory, but I can’t connect it to our actual business problems because I don’t understand it well enough to see the applications.
Every single day we don’t figure this out, competitors pull further ahead, and I can literally feel us falling behind.
Maybe this just isn’t for people who built businesses before smartphones existed, but damn it I’m not ready to be irrelevant.
We never had a system to nurture prospects, so they ghosted us right before signing.
I saw our competitor’s demo last month and they’ve got AI doing things I didn’t even know were possible, and we’re still trying to figure out ChatGPT.
They’re all looking to me for direction on this and I’ve got nothing, so I keep having meetings about having meetings just to buy time.
Even if I understood AI perfectly, our culture isn’t set up for this kind of change and I don’t know how to fix that either.
We told everyone to start using AI tools six months ago, and when I actually checked, nobody is, because honestly nobody knows what to do with them including me.
I tried watching YouTube tutorials but they assume you know fundamentals I don’t have, and asking questions makes me feel stupid so I just stopped watching.
Tried watching those AI tutorials but they assume you know basics I don’t have, and I’m too embarrassed to ask someone to explain the fundamentals.
I get that AI is powerful but I can’t figure out how it applies to our actual problems because I don’t understand it well enough
Want to ask what AI can actually do for a 40-person company but at my level you’re supposed to already know this.
Read probably 30 articles about AI for small business and still can’t tell you what we should do Monday morning, it’s all theory.
Every industry article says companies without AI strategy will be obsolete in three years, and I’m lying here at 2am knowing we don’t even have a starting point.
We’ve tried three AI pilots and they all fizzled out because nobody knew how to make them work, but I keep approving new ones hoping something sticks.
Sent three people to an AI workshop, they came back with certificates and literally nothing changed because nobody knew how to actually use what they learned.
"The real problem isn't finding AI tools. It's that I don't understand them well enough to tell my team which ones matter, how to use them, or what problems they should actually solve."

LAB TESTED
We’ve solved these problems before: finding prospects, generating content, tracking leads, connecting data. They work. They’re tested. We adjust them for your business and deploy in weeks instead of months of custom work.
Core systems are done and tested. What’s left is specific to you: connecting your data, matching your workflow, configuring outputs. You’re not paying for months of custom development, just final setup and deployment.
